Let the decorating begin

I've been curious about cake decoarting for a while now and finally decided to take the plunge this past summer. I signed up for Wilton's Course 1 with my deocrating kit and high hopes. I wasn't disappointed...what a fun (and tasty!) way to be creative. After creating three less-than-stellar cakes for my first three classes, I was finally happy with my final cake, adorned with the famous Wilton Rose. The cake was chocolate with vanilla buttercream.
